I will not be doing TechKnowLedge on WRFU-LP 104.5 Urbana tomorrow morning, Thursday, December 13.   I will be on my way back from St. Louis, having seen The Zappa Family Trust presents: Zappa Plays Zappa — Dweezil and Band: Scheila Gonzalez (Saxophone, Flute, Keyboards & Vocal), Pete Griffin (Bass), Billy Hulting (Marimba, Mallets & Percussion), Jamie Kime (Guitar),  Ben Thomas (Vocal), Joe Travers (Drums & Vocal), Chris Norton (Keyboards & Vocal)

WRFU’s new transmission tower, image uploaded on November 27, 2012 - 4:25pm.  TechKnowLedge — and WRFU — May be off the air tomorrow morning, (Thursday, Nov. 29) but, the station should be back on the air later in the day.

We’re having a Tower Raising!

Construction is taking place Wednesday thru Saturday, November 7 thru 10 from 8:30 AM to 12:30 and 1:30 to 6:30.  Come and help or send your donation.

• Construction is going on between Lincoln Square Mall and the IMC/Post office
• Report to Foreman Pete
• You can send donations in lieu of work

• The tower will help us get better transmission coverage in the Champaign-Urbana area
