When I put out the call for hackerspaces interested in being part of the Tour route, I got 40 requests! Unfortunately, I can only stop at a fraction of these way cool spaces in the 45 days of my train ticket. I chose the spaces by the constraints of my schedule, and Amtrak’s routing and scheduling. I was able to fit 17 hackerspaces into the Tour.
